Your Property-Viewing Trip
A handpicked guide to hotels, B&Bs and holiday rentals across the Costa Blanca South and Costa Cálida, so you can base yourself close to the areas you're coming to view.
One of the most common questions we hear before a viewing trip is simply: "Where should we stay?" It's a good question. The right base makes your trip relaxed, lets you get a feel for daily life in an area, and keeps you close to the properties you've come to see.
We've put together our honest recommendations below, grouped by region and split into hotels, bed & breakfasts and holiday rentals. Wherever you choose, we're never far away and happy to collect you for viewings.
And a word on how we do things: you book your own flights and your own stay, exactly where and how you like. We don't fly you out, put you up in a company apartment, or use a "free trip" to leave you feeling you owe us a purchase. That kind of arrangement quietly turns the screw: when someone else is paying for your bed, the pressure to buy is never far behind. We keep it independent, the same way our brokerage is independent: you come, you look, you take your time, and you decide entirely on your own terms. No obligation, no hard sell, just honest advice and the right property when it's right for you.

Thermal spaMany of our clients choose a short-term apartment or villa rental for viewing trips, especially for stays of a week or more, or when travelling as a family. Having a kitchen, separate living space and a private terrace can make the trip feel less like a holiday and more like a trial run of living here, which is exactly what you want before you buy.
Across the Costa Blanca South and Costa Cálida you'll find a wide choice on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. We'd suggest searching by the specific town you're viewing in, whether Quesada, Torrevieja, Los Alcázares and so on, and looking for places with strong recent reviews and a clear, responsive host. If you let us know which development or area you're focused on, we're glad to point you toward the best neighbourhoods to base yourself, and flag anywhere we'd steer clear of.
Tell us which areas you'd like to view and roughly when, and we'll suggest the best base, arrange your viewings and make sure everything runs smoothly from the moment you land.
